Client: City of Allentown Parking Authority

Scope of work: Preparation of Subdivision Plan to separate an existing parking garage from City Hall. Work included boundary & topographic survey, drafting of Subdivision Plan, securing governmental agency approvals.

Client: R&S Hoffman Builders, LLC

Scope of work: Land Development of site by converting existing un-used parking lot and providing for an 8-unit multi-family dwelling and parking facilities. Work included boundary & topographic survey, determination of actual flood plain elevation, design of site improvements, securing governmental agency approvals.

Client: Housing Association & Development Corporation

Scope of work: Prepare Subdivision/Land Development Plans for a neighborhood block redevelopment. Work included boundary & topographic survey, drafting of plans and design of site, securing governmental agency approvals including zoning variances, construction stakeout of dwelling units.
